Sweden 2012
Cited by fans as one of the strongest nights on the European Wrecking Ball tour, Gothenburg 7/28/12 delivers a long, rich set sparked by rare performances of “Who’ll Stop The Rain,” “My Lucky Day” and “Lost In The Flood,” plus Tracks standouts “Frankie” and “Where The Bands Are,” the latter for the last time to date. The emotional high point comes in the encore with the first performance of “Jungleland” following the passing of the Big Man, Clarence Clemons. Gothenburg 7/28/12 is the night the torch passed to his nephew, Jake Clemons, who continues the Clemons legacy on E Street.
