Tenor and baritone sax player Eddie "Kingfish" Manion is an original member of Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes, the Miami Horns, and Little Steven and the Disciples of Soul.

He first performed with Springsteen in August 1976 on the Born to Run Tour, and has toured with him many times since. In addition to his work with Springsteen, Manion’s session credits include Diana Ross, Gary U.S. Bonds, Bon Jovi, Willy DeVille, Dave Edmunds, Bob Dylan, Keith Richards, Darlene Love, Ronnie Spector, Dion, the Allman Brothers Band, Kim Wilson, and Graham Parker. In 2015, he released an instrumental solo album Nightlife.
